This one's got a bit of a story to it. You might wanna skip it, I tend to babble XP...
I dunno how many of you have ever used this program, but I would recommend it. It's a pretty sweet anti-spyware program that's pulled my ass out of some tight spaces. (Shameless freeware promotion XD)
So, I'm sittin' here at my computer, surfin', and I come across this plug-in that I swear I've heard of before. It was like Codex or something. It sounded very familiar. Anyways, I try installing so this video I was trying to watch *ahem* would load. Then I remember where I heard of it before. I saw it on a list when my computer was purging some spyware. So, it loads like 500 spyware program on to my computer before I could unplug my network cable, and now I gotta get rid of 'em. my computer crappy, you see, and it can barely ran two program at once regularly let alone while there's spyware going at the same time.
So, I load up spybot and norton, and I'm sittin' there as my slow ass computer scans for all the viruses. I got nothing else to do, since it was like 2 o'clock in the morning and I couldn't get to sleep. All of a sudden I remember this thing where someone drew up a whole bunch of operating systems as if they were people. So I start thinkin', "hey, I could do that. I got nothin' else to do". So that's what I did. This is my kinda interpretation of what 'Spybot, search & destroy' would look like if she were a person. Just a li'l tribute to this program that's pulled my ass out of the fire on several occasions.
i will continue to be a loyal user to spybot, all hail to one of the greatest freeware utilities available today... much better than ones that you must even pay for.
